CLCT’s ‘Finding Christmas’ debuts tonight

The Canyon Lake Community Theatre is excited to debut its original production, “Finding Christmas,” starting tonight at the Canyon Lake Lodge. Written by local residents, this heartwarming play is anticipated to become a holiday favorite, appealing to audiences both young and old.

The play will be showcased in two formats. Tonight, there will be a Pasta Dinner Show, with dinner served at 6:00 p.m. and the show beginning at 7:00 p.m. The celebrations continue tomorrow with a Taco Bar Lunch Show, where lunch is at 1:00 p.m., followed by the show at 2:00 p.m.

There are various ticket options available, including show tickets with a meal or general admission for just the performance. An added festive treat is the opportunity for attendees to take photos with Santa.

“Finding Christmas” tells the story of Julia and Cory Fitzpatrick, store owners in Canyon Lake who have lost their Christmas spirit. A whimsical elf named Tinkleberry guides them and their four employees on a magical journey to the North Pole to meet Santa Claus and rediscover the joy of Christmas.

This family-friendly production is poised to captivate and enchant audience members of all ages, with an interactive element that “might” involve audience participation in reigniting the holiday spirit.

Tickets for the production can be purchased at clctheatre.com. General admission tickets will be available through the day of each show and at the door.

The Canyon Lake Community Theatre is thrilled to present this festive and joyful production to the community, promising an enjoyable and memorable holiday experience.
