Family Matters Club to host fall-themed craft day

The Canyon Lake Family Matters Club will host its monthly craft day and meeting on Sunday, offering a range of fall-themed activities for children and their families.

The event, scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., will be held at the Eastport Building, located at 24321 Canyon Lake Dr. N.

November’s craft day, themed around the fall season, aims to engage kids in creative activities while providing a platform for families to bond and connect with the community. The Family Matters Club, known for its efforts to strengthen community ties, expressed excitement about the upcoming event.

“The Family Matters Club is super excited to host this fun activity for kids and their families,” Club Founder Shawna Bowen said. “We are striving to bring the community together, one family at a time.”

In addition to craft activities, the event will also serve as an opportunity for the club’s board to update attendees on upcoming events and address any community-related queries.

Those interested in attending are encouraged to RSVP on the Canyon Lake Family Matters Facebook page. For more information, individuals can contact the club at info@familymattersclub.org.
