Canyon Lake Woman’s Club to hold its annual auction

The Canyon Lake Woman’s Club extends an invitation to the members of its club to join them on Wednesday at the Canyon Lake Senior Center for its annual auction.The auction will take place at 10:00 a.m. with previews starting at 9:30 a.m. Lunch can be purchased prior to the date of the auction.

To secure a spot, members should make lunch reservations by emailing clwclunch@gmail.com. The cost of lunch is $16, and payments can be made via Zelle using the email address cayonlakewomansclub@gmail.com. Even if members plan to pay at the door, a reservation is still necessary. This month’s luncheon will be a pizza and salad “Pizza-Zaz Pizza Party.”

“Start working out those arms, so you can raise those paddles ladies,” Aprile Deanne McKinnon, Committee Chair, said. “With designer purses, newly designed dog houses, jewelry and baked goods you will be getting a great workout raising those arms, and raising money for the CLWC to give to charities and scholarships this year.”

Hosting a home for the club’s annual Holiday Home Tour is still available. The Home Tour will take place next month and the club needs more homes this year. The club offers an exciting opportunity for those who love to showcase their beautifully-decorated homes during the Christmas season while contributing to scholarships and various charitable causes the club supports.
