‘Parade of Frights’ at Town Center next weekend

One of the year’s most popular and beloved annual Canyon Lake events takes place again in the Canyon Lake Town Center this year on Oct 28 and the community is invited.

The Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce invites local businesses and community members to join in the spine-tingling festivities of the annual “Parade of Frights” event. This eagerly-anticipated event promises to be a hair-raising celebration of all things spooky and fun.

Canyon Lake children will once again flood the center dressed in their Halloween costumes and go trick or treating door to door at the various businesses in the Town Center.

The “Parade of Frights” includes a spine-chilling parade, costume contests, thrilling games, and a trick-or-treat adventure for the little goblins. The generous support of local businesses and community members makes it possible to continue this cherished tradition at no charge to the participants.

A Trick or Treat Treasure Map will be distributed to all of the trick or treaters identifying which businesses are participating and to have businesses mark it for additional prizes at the end of the trick or treating route.

Businesses can participate by signing up to distribute candy and to purchase various sponsorships. These sponsorships not only support the event, but also offer local businesses valuable exposure and community recognition.

Businesses contributing at the higher levels can become part of the Trick or Treat Treasure Map.

There are four sponsorship packages available, including Jack O’Lantern Level Sponsorship – $200.00, Ghost Level Sponsorship – $350, Scary Scarecrow Level Sponsorship – $450, and Carnival Level Sponsorship – $600.

To choose the sponsorship level and become a part of this year’s spooktacular success, contact the Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce at canyonlakechamber@outlook.com.
