CL Little League Opening Ceremonies tomorrow

Canyon Lake Little League is holding its Opening Day tomorrow at Gault Field at 10:00 a.m. The ceremonies will include a welcome from the Canyon Lake Little League president, the National Anthem, the first pitch and a parade of the players with their teams.

League officials recommend that those attending arrive early to secure a seat. Breakfast will be available at the snack bar from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The grill will be managed by the majors teams after 10:00 a.m. where brats, hot dogs and hamburgers will be on sale. The snack bar also sells water, coffee, sodas, hot chocolate, energy drinks, Gatorade and more.

Once players are checked in with their team, parents are encouraged to find a seat or place to view the opening ceremonies that will take place on Field 2. Players with their teams and coaches will begin entering the field at 9:45 a.m.

Games will begin shortly after the conclusion of the ceremonies. Families are encouraged to stick around, watch some of the other teams play and enjoy snacks from the concession stand.
