CL Woman’s Club to hold cooking class

The Canyon Lake Woman’s Club is inviting the community to a cooking class on Jan. 21 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Canyon Lake Senior Center.

The theme is “Celebrating Everything on Boards.”

Several boards, including appetizers, an entré, and a dessert, will be on the menu.

The class will include making several compound savory and sweet butters. The class will also demonstrate how to present a butter board, which attendees will learn is the newest way to entertain.

The event is open to the community. Tickets are $40.00 and are on sale now and must be purchased by Jan. 16. Seats are limited.
