Huey Lewis tribute band concert tickets going fast

The Canyon Lake Fine Arts Guild’s first concert for 2023 is THoRR, a Huey Lewis and the News tribute band. The concert will be held in the Holiday Bay Room at the Canyon Lake Lodge on Jan. 21.

“THoRR is the longest-running Huey Lewis and the News tribute band,” Guild President Bonnie Dubbs said. “It is a top-tier show that goes beyond mere tribute with a front man who brings to life the sound and look of Huey Lewis so accurately.”

THoRR is a blend of Rock, Pop, Blues and Soul, and its concert includes the unforgettable hits, The Power of Love, Hip to be Square, Workin for a Livin’, Heart and Soul, Stuck with You, I Want a New Drug and The Heart of Rock and Roll.

The Canyon Lake Fine Arts Guild’s lineup also includes tribute bands Tom Petty on April 1, Earth, Wind and Fire on July 22, Harborfest-Journey on Sep. 23 (which is a free concert for the Canyon Lake community) and Tim McGraw on Oct. 21.

Tickets are on sale now at the Canyon Lake POA office or at https://www.brownpapertickets.com/event. General admission tickets are $35 and reserved seating tickets are $50. All sales are final and there are no refunds.
