9er‘s Golf Club and President Tournament Champions crowned

The Canyon Lake 9er’s Golf Club crowned two new club members champions at its Club and President Tournaments. Both Barbara Lewis and Shelley Carter joined the 9er’s Golf Club in February. Barbara, left, the former girl’s golf coach at Temescal Canyon High School, won the Club Championship. Shelley, who has played golf just a year, won the President’s Cup Championship. In addition to receiving a 9er necklace and flowers, each woman was given a gift certificate to purchase a vest to be embroidered with their title.
