Town Center fills up with trick or treaters

Hundreds of costumed kids and their families swarmed the Canyon Lake Town Center Saturday collecting candy and getting their Treasure Maps stamped at The Annual Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce Parade of Frights.

Many of the local businesses opened their doors to the trick or treaters and handed out candy. Business owners and their employees were festively dressed up and in addition to giving out the candy, they stamped the kids’ Treasure Maps. Treasure Maps were turned in at the conclusion of the trick or treating and winners were given prizes.

There were four categories for the costume contest, ages 0-1, 2-5, 6-9 and Best Ensemble. Trophies, provided by Champion Trophy, were awarded to the Best Costume in each category.

Treasure map winners were 1st place, Delaney Lightman, 2nd place, Mathias Mesner and 3rd place went to Alana.
