Lion’s tournament postponed; pull tab project to continue

The Canyon Lake Lion’s Pro-Am Golf Tournament scheduled for April 30 has been postponed as a result of the COVID-19 lock down.

The Lion’s Club is planning to reinstate it later this year. When it is rescheduled, the club will announce the date and other information.

Meanwhile, the Canyon Lake Lioness project of collecting pull tabs for the Ronald McDonald House is still active, but the date of delivery to the charity has been changed from the original April 24 deadline.

Community members are asked to contact Joanna Spiller to make arrangements for safely delivering to her front porch. Eventually a new date will be established to deliver to them to the Ronald McDonald House.
