Little League spring season signups underway

Kids ages four to 13 who reside in Canyon Lake, Canyon Hills and Westridge are invited to sign up for Canyon Lake Little League’s spring season. Kids who do not reside within the boundaries but attend Cottonwood Elementary School or Canyon Lake Middle School also are eligible to play.

The 2020 season runs from February through May. All home games will be played at Gault Field.

Online signups are available through Jan. 14 at clllca.com. Registration fees are as follows:

• T-Ball: $120 (select T-ball when registering)
• A: $120 (select Minor/Coach pitch when registering)
• AA: $120 (select Minor/Player pitch when registering)
• AAA: $130 (select Major when registering)
• Majors – 50/70: $160 (select Intermediate when registering)

Registration includes season play with instruction, uniform (hat, shirt, belt and socks) and pictures.

Players must be of league age on or before Aug. 31, 2020. All players must provide a birth certificate, proof of residency and/or school enrollment form.

Scholarships are available. The Scholarship Program provides full and partial financial assistance to children who would not be able to participate without assistance. Scholarships are only available to cover the cost of league fees and do not cover any additional costs.
