Plan ahead to help guests access community faster

‘Tis the season for parties and visits from friends and family. Residents who plan to have visitors during the holidays can help their guests access the community quicker and keep the gates running more efficiently by planning ahead. There are several ways members can authorize access for their guests.

Party List

If you’re inviting 10 or more guests, submit your guest list to Member Services within 72 hours prior to the holiday with the following information: tract/lot, member’s name, contact number, date(s) of party and first and last names of the guests as it appears on their driver’s license.

Pre-Printed Passes

Members may request to receive pre-printed passes for their party list. Staff will print out the passes in advance for you to pick up and provide to your guests. With a pre-printed pass, your guests can enter the community much quicker. Requests should be made within seven days prior to the holiday.

E-Passes with Party Lists

Instead of pre-printed passes, members can opt for e-passes to be emailed to their guests. Staff will email guests their passes through dwellingLIVE. Guests will receive an email with a link that will open their e-pass. Guests can show the guards at the gate their pass on their phone and present a valid driver’s license.

The guard will issue the guest a parking pass to be displayed on the dashboard while parking in the community. This parking pass will be in effect as long as the e-pass has been called in. Requests should be made within seven days prior to the holiday.

For more information about guest access, contact Member Services at 951-244-6841, ext. 310.
