Canyon Lake City Manager Chris Mann married Annie Moyer on Apr. 7 at Serendipity in Oak Glen, California. The couple spent their honeymoon in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Chris and Annie reside in Yucaipa with their dogs Bailey, Oliver, Charlie and Susie.
