Chamber looking for Battle of the Businesses participants

The Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for its 2nd Annual Battle of the Canyon Lake Businesses, a competitive event set to take place on April 20 at Sierra Park. This event promises a day of fun, community spirit, and friendly rivalry among local businesses.

Designed to foster camaraderie and showcase chamber members’ businesses, participants will compete in a series of games, including tug of war, kayak races, three-legged races, piggyback races, hopper ball races, jump rope, corn hole, and limbo.

The winning team will be included on the perpetual trophy and will have year-long bragging rights. Monarch Dumpsters emerged victorious in the 1st Annual Battle of the Canyon Lake Businesses held last autumn.

Exclusively for Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce members, the registration fee of $300 includes entry for the team and booth space, providing an excellent opportunity for businesses to engage with the community. Additionally, several sponsorship opportunities are available for those looking to further support and promote the event.

Attendance at the Battle of the Canyon Lake Businesses is open to the public, where community members will be invited to cheer on their favorite businesses and partake in the day’s festivities, including music, food, and raffles.

Team participants must be 18 years or older. Businesses interested in participating or sponsoring the event should contact the Canyon Lake Chamber at canyonlakechamber@outlook.com. With spots filling up quickly, the chamber encourages early registration to secure participation in this exciting event.
