Hoofbeat Way gets taken down to the dirt as this worker compacts the soil prior to asphalt being laid as part of Phase 4 of the Canyon Lake POA Pavement Improvement Project last week. Phase 5 begins Monday and several streets included in the phase will be closed weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
