Woman’s Club seeks scholarship applicants

The Canyon Lake Woman’s Club is offering scholarship opportunities for full-time residents of Canyon Lake, with an application deadline set for April 14. These annual scholarships are open to students who have maintained a grade point average of 3.5 or higher and have been full-time residents of Canyon Lake for at least six months prior to applying. The scholarship program caters to both high school graduates and continuing college students.

To be eligible for the scholarships, students must complete an online application at https://forms.gle/ypPLGEov9DCqS8G69 and email the following items in one email to Debra: Two Letters of Reference, Recent Transcripts, Proof of Enrollment (continuing college students) or SAT Scores (high school students) and a Personal Letter to explain any hardships that could affect applicant’s education.

Applicants should anticipate participating in a personal or telephone interview with the Canyon Lake Woman’s Club Scholarship Committee the week of April 22-26 (after 3:00 p.m.).
