Chronic Illness Support Group to meet Monday

The Chronic Illness Support Group will be hosting its next meeting on Monday at the CPR Training Room located in the Canyon Lake Town Center. The meeting, starting at 6:00 p.m., is open to all, with no reservations required. This gathering is an invaluable resource for those dealing with a chronic illness and for individuals who are supporting loved ones facing similar challenges.

The support group provides a safe and understanding environment where members can share their experiences, offer encouragement, and find solace in the community. It serves as a platform for mutual support and understanding, helping members navigate the complexities and challenges of living with chronic illnesses.

“This year for the chronic illness group, I would like to embrace peace of mind and acceptance for 2024,” Steven Prince, the founder of the group, said.

His message underscores the group’s commitment to fostering a supportive and positive environment for its members. The group is eager to expand its reach and welcomes individuals from both within and outside the Canyon Lake community, he said.

“If you know someone who might benefit from joining this support group, please have them call me at 949-293-2119 for more information,” Steve said.

This meeting is more than just a gathering; it’s an opportunity for individuals to connect, share their stories, and find comfort and support among those who understand their journey. The Chronic Illness Support Group is an essential part of the Canyon Lake community, providing support and hope to those in need, Steve said.
