New Year’s Eve parties ring in new year at Lodge, Senior Center

New Year’s Eve parties will be taking place at both the Canyon Lake Lodge and at the Canyon Lake Senior Center on Sunday.

The Canyon Lake Lodge is set to host its New Year’s Eve Black and White Bash, an elegant event promising to bring style and festivity to the community. Scheduled for Sunday, from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., this event is a perfect opportunity to ring in the new year in a sophisticated and enjoyable atmosphere.

Meanwhile, the Canyon Lake Senior Center is all set to host its elegant New Year’s Eve dinner-dance on Sunday, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. This semi-formal event offers the perfect opportunity for the community’s seniors to celebrate the transition into the new year with style and joy.

The Lodge’s Black and White Bash will feature an array of appetizers for guests to enjoy, alongside the energetic tunes of a DJ and live music by Code 415. This musical ensemble is known for creating a vibrant atmosphere, ensuring a memorable New Year’s Eve celebration.

A highlight of the event will be the Black and White Costume Contest. This contest invites attendees to dress up in their best black and white attire, with exciting prizes for the most creative and stylish outfits. This adds an interactive and fun dimension to the evening, encouraging guests to immerse themselves in the theme.

As the clock ticks closer to midnight, the celebration will culminate with complimentary party favors and a champagne toast, welcoming 2024 amidst joy and cheer.

For those looking for a premium experience, VIP tables are available. These tables offer prime seating, early access, and dedicated table service, ensuring a luxurious experience. General admission tickets are available for $40, while VIP tickets are priced at $50.

Tickets for the New Year’s Eve Black and White Bash can be purchased at www.canyonlakelighthouse.com/home.

The evening at the Canyon Lake Seniors Center promises a blend of fine dining and dancing, with entertainment provided by Rob Roberson. A catered dinner by Wicked Spoons, coupled with a champagne toast, is set to create an unforgettable experience for all guests. Attendees are also welcome to bring their own choice of beverages to enhance the dining experience.

One of the unique aspects of the celebration is the early New Year’s toast at 10:00 p.m., coinciding with the Central Time Zone’s New Year. This allows guests to celebrate the arrival of 2024 earlier in the evening.

For those wishing to stay longer, the center will offer games and activities until the west coast celebrates the midnight hour.

Tickets for this exclusive event are priced at $50 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the Senior Center. For additional information or to inquire further, individuals can email canyon
