Rebecca Boshard crowned Miss Canyon Lake 2024

Rebecca Boshard was crowned as Miss Canyon Lake 2024 at the Canyon Lake Scholarship Pageant Saturday. Kyla Smith was named her 1st Runner Up.

Joining the pair on the Royal Court were Aydan Wagstaff, who was also awarded Most Photogenic, and Rebecca’s sister, Ryann Boshard, who was recognized for her outstanding achievements in education and community service.

Rebecca, a graduate of the Temescal Canyon High School Class of 2021, recently completed a semester at BYU-Idaho and has returned to her hometown of Canyon Lake. She is currently pursuing her education at Mt. San Jacinto College in the fire technology program She is aspiring to earn her degree and join the fire academy to become a firefighter.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Rebecca is employed at Pack, Wrap and Post office in the Canyon Lake Town Center. Her commitment to her career goals and community involvement make her a standout figure in the community.

Rebecca’s platform as Miss Canyon Lake 2024 is “Healthy Hearts,” a charity she plans to actively promote throughout her tenure. Her dedication to this cause is expected to bring awareness and support to the charity, further demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

The selection of Rebecca as Miss Canyon Lake 2024, along with the achievements of the other members of the Royal Court, highlights the diverse talents and commitments of young women in the Canyon Lake community. Their roles in education, community service, and personal development are commendable and serve as an inspiration to others.

Rebecca also received the award for Best Interview. Runner-up Kyla was voted Miss Congeniality.

Miss Canyon Lake and her Royal Court will have the opportunity all year to attend parades and help with community service events.
