Tickets still available for Nov. 4 Fabulous Thunderbirds Concert

The acclaimed musical event, “The Fabulous Thunderbirds: Concert at the Lodge,” is scheduled to take place on Nov. 4 in the Holiday Bay Room at the Canyon Lake Lodge. This highly-anticipated evening of live music promises to be an unforgettable experience for the audience. Tickets are available.

The Fabulous Thunderbirds is a legendary five-piece Texas Roadhouse rock and blues band that originally formed in 1974 in Austin, Texas. With an impressive discography comprising 26 albums and nine music videos, they have graced stages around the world and toured alongside iconic acts such as The Rolling Stones and Eric Clapton. Renowned for their dynamic, distinctive, and powerful sound, The Fabulous Thunderbirds are sure to captivate the audience.

The opening act for the evening is none other than Makayla Phillips, a distinguished American Idol finalist and recipient of the America’s Got Talent Golden Buzzer. Makayla’s live performances have garnered widespread acclaim, having reached tens of millions of viewers through various television appearances. Her presence on stage promises to be mesmerizing, adding an extra layer of excitement to this extraordinary event.

“I’ve had the privilege of organizing two shows with The Thunderbirds in San Diego,” Doug Schultz, the Concerts at the Lodge Producer, said. “Their live performances are a powerful and crowd-pleasing experience, and I believe the Canyon Lake audience will share that sentiment. Their mega-hit song, ‘Tuff Enuff,’ was featured in the movie ‘Gung Ho’.”

“Kim Wilson, the founding member, serves as the lead vocalist and harmonica player of the band,” Doug said. “Makayla is mesmerizing. She has delivered captivating live performances on television in front of tens of millions of people multiple times. This promises to be a remarkable show.”

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The show commences at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available for purchase at Member Services in the Canyon Lake Town Center and on the CLPOA website. Ticket options include VIP Reserved seating for $79.00 and General Admission for $59.00.
