Former Urban owner now Lodge restaurant assistant manager

The new assistant manager at The Canyon Lake Lighthouse Restaurant is a familiar face. Wayne Quintos, who was the owner of the recently-closed Urban Craft Eatery in the Canyon Lake Town Center, has been hired by the Canyon Lake POA as the Lodge restaurant’s assistant manager.

Wayne comes to the Lodge with a reputation that precedes him. The award winning chef of the beloved Urban restaurant is known as an innovative restaurateur who navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 era with creativity and flair. During those trying times, Wayne devised ingenious solutions to keep the community safe and satisfied. He transformed the dining experience by extending it outdoors, allowing Canyon Lakers to relish their meals in a secure and welcoming environment. Wayne’s dedication to offering scrumptious meals, even amidst adversity, did not go unnoticed.

One of Wayne’s standout achievements was the introduction of family meals to go. These offerings were nothing short of spectacular, boasting delectable flavors, generous portions, and budget-friendly prices.
