Junior Women’s Club to hold auction for title sponsor

The Canyon Lake Junior Women’s Club holds many popular events throughout the year and each event has sponsors that contribute to the event’s cause. How about being a title sponsor for the entire year?

The club is holding an auction which begins today and ends on Sept. 15 where the winner will be the Junior Women’s Club Title Sponsor for the year. Bids to be the title sponsor will be placed at charityauction.bid/CLJWCAUCTION. The winning bid will be named the Title Sponsor and will give the winner quite the exposure. The Title Sponsor will receive year-long social media ads along with JWC paper ads, advertisements at JWC events and more.

The starting bids begin at $1,000 and subsequent bids are placed at $250 increments. For more information canyonlakejwc@gmail.com

The Junior Women’s Club is well known for many popular charitable events held in Canyon Lake throughout the year.

Rocktoberfest, which is just around the corner on Oct. 14, is one that has been a perennial crowd favorite. Food, entertainment and beer tasting while dressing up in Oktoberfest garb makes this a big hit.

This year the very popular golf tournament and ball drop was a big success. A helicopter flew over the golf course putting green and dropped golf balls. One lucky winner’s numbered ball ended up in the hole and he received the cash grand prize.

JWC and the volunteers work very hard to give to local charities and scholarships. Without the help of the volunteers and sponsors the fantastic events could not happen throughout the year.
