Letters: CLEAR Foundation grateful

The Canyon Lake Enrichment, Activities & Recreation (C.L.E.A.R.) Foundation would like to sincerely thank the community for a successful three-day Wakeboard and Waterski Camp July 24-26.

The amazing members of the Canyon Lake Wakeboard Club and Canyon Lake Ski Club donated their time, energy, patience and expertise to teaching 20 kids, ages 9-15, how to wakeboard, wake surf, and waterski. Most of these kids had never attempted either sport, and all were successful!

The new friendships, athletic confidence and positive interactions we witnessed were so rewarding.

We would like to additionally thank the Canyon Lake Fire Department for an interactive lunch presentation for the campers on CPR and first-aid response, and EVMWD for a fun and informative lunch presentation. PZA, Pepe‘s and the Canyon Lake Market donated delicious lunches for the campers and volunteers. Our generous sponsors included Coldwell Banker ABR, Morton Lake Life Realtor, Hauger Plumbing, and Underline Energy Concepts. We are so very grateful.
