Make great memories this 4th

Happy Friday Canyon Lakers. I hope that everyone is doing well and the weekend is one filled with lots of laughter, love and, of course, family and friends surrounding you.

I am sure that many of you are preparing for families to come and stay with you for the weekend as you get ready for our amazing 4th of July celebration in Canyon Lake. We are so lucky to have what we have here in Canyon Lake.

Looking back over my last 10 years here, I have so many memories that center around the 4th. Well, I hate to say it, but much of it has to do with food and drinking. That’s Canyon Lake. What will you be doing for the 4th this year?

There are so many options. A backyard pool party? Hanging out with friends boating and then watching the fireworks on your boat? Hanging out at one of our many parks? Holiday Harbor or Sunset Beach? BBQ?

I know that there are a million different ways to enjoy this great holiday here in Canyon Lake. I have been blessed to enjoy so many adventures here in the lake. I am thankful for friends that have made me feel so included in their events. Thank you!

As I am writing this I am getting ready to head out and do some 4th of July trivia with some awesome seniors. I have worked a lot on 4th of July and this year I won’t be entertaining, but I will be out and about hoping to get some great pictures of all of you.

Please send me some of your pictures at aprile@goldingpublications.com. I love to get pictures from the community for possible publication. Just include the names of all who are in the picture, who took the picture and what the event is. It’s also helpful that the photos are high resolution photos that have not been downsized by email software, etc.
