Mother’s Day tribute due those who did the best they could

Mothers come in all shapes and sizes, Not just blood related, but also in different disguises. They give advice and guidance with love, They lift us up when we need a shove. Mothers can be our dearest friends, Guiding us through life‘s twists and bends.

They share memories of days gone by, They often help us soar high in the sky. Mothers give graciously from the heart, Even when we‘re miles apart. Their love is pure and unwavering, A bond made from love, that‘s forever unbreaking.

A mother is a title that some had to earn, a word that has given us so much to learn.

Don’t forget they did the best they knew how, offer forgiveness if they let you down. So on this special day of the year, Let‘s take a moment to hold our mothers near.

To thank them for all they have done, For being our guiding light and shining sun. Whether your mother is near or far, close your eyes and give thanks to who they are.

I know that Mother’s Day can be especially hard for many. I pray you have a beautiful day and can look back on fun memories with those women closest to you, who might also represent a mother figure in your life.
