Mailing CLPOA Board ballot? Today is the day.

Over 1,000 ballots have been submitted, but a quorum of 1,600 must be met as of the annual meeting on Thursday morning for the election to be certified. All ballots must be received by 9:00 a.m. at the annual meeting.

The Canyon Lake POA recommends the ballots be placed in the mail by today (Friday), otherwise they should be dropped off in person at Bluebird Hall by Wednesday. The ballot can also be submitted at the annual meeting. Polls open at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday and the meeting will be called to order and the polls closed at approximately 9:00 a.m. at the Canyon Lake Lodge.

If the quorum of one third of the 4,800 members is not met at the annual meeting, it will adjourned to May 13 where the threshold is lowered.
