Santana Tribute replaces canceled Earth, Wind & Fire

The Canyon Lake Fine Arts Guild was informed the Serpentine Band which is a tribute to Earth, Wind and Fire will not be playing its scheduled July 22 performance at the Canyon Lake Lodge.

The Guild quickly shifted gears and contracted a Santana Tribute Band for replacement on the same date. The Smooth Sounds of Santana, a Tribute to the Music of Carlos Santana is returning after playing to a sold out audience five years ago at the Lodge.

The band played in Canyon Lake on Oct. 2017. The tribute band offers the look, feel and sounds of Santana. The set list will include the most popular Santana hits. Tickets are available for purchase at CanyonLakeGuld.org or at the Canyon Lake POA office.

For those who purchased Earth, Wind and Fire tickets, they will be honored at the Santana Tribute Concert.

Other Canyon Lake Fine Arts Guild concert tickets are also for sale. The PettyBreakers Tribute Band will take the stage on April 1. The band is a tribute band to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the concert starts at 7:00 p.m. To purchase tickets go to www.brownpapertickets.com.

Tickets are on sale now for $35.00. Reserved seating is available at an additional charge. All sales are final and there are no refunds.

Canyon Lake Tribute Concert Season with the Guild also includes: HarborFest Concert, which is free to the Canyon Lake community, featuring Voyager, a Journey Tribute Band on Sept. 23 and Vegas McGraw, a Tim McGraw Tribute artist on Oct. 21.
