Larger Lodge Lawn

The interior of the 23-year-old Canyon Lake Lodge is being updated and remodeled, but there are also improvements being made to the exterior of the facility. The lawn area, where several community events are held, is being substantially enlarged. A retaining wall will be installed and backfilled to create the space. Hedges and trees that obstruct the view of the lake from the lawn area will also be removed and other landscape installed. The exterior design includes lounge seating, gas fire pits, a very large overhead shade structure, not unlike the new one at the Country Club, all new landscaping and lighting, and a new bandstand/wedding area with a large overhead trellis.
