Community Garage Sale deadline to sell goods is today

The deadline to host selling items at the Canyon Lake Community Garage Sale is today.

The community-wide garage sale takes place Feb. 24 and Feb. 25 and allows residents to have a garage sale without obtaining a garage sale permit from the Canyon Lake POA.

The last day to sign up to be on the map of garage sales and not have to pay for a garage sale permit is today (Friday). To sign up go to the Canyon Lake POA website and fill out the form at www.canyonlakepoa.com/communitysale.

Residents and their guests (who need to be called in per the usual procedure) are invited to purchase items at the various garage sales that will be taking place around the community.

The Canyon Lake POA reminds those hosting a garage sale that by 5:00 p.m. of the second day of the weekend event all items need to be cleared from their front yards. Not doing so is a violation of the association Rules & Regulations and may be subject to fines.
