Chamber thanks sponsors, volunteers

Editor, The Friday Flyer:

The Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce would like to thank our sponsors, our Board of Directors, the event volunteers, the City of Canyon Lake and the Canyon Lake Property Owner’s Association for all of their assistance with making the 2022 Parade of Frights such a remarkable event.

A million and one thanks goes to: Canyon Lake Solar, Canyon Lake Veterinary Hospital, Caregiver Provider, Century 21 Full Realty Services, Champion Trophy, Coldwell Banker Associated Brokers Realty, CPR Training Centers, CR&R, JDI, Michelle Williams Tax & Associates, Patriotic Arms, Pepe’s Mexican Restaurant & Cantina, Prestige Golf Cars, Proactive Legal / The Bock Group, Queen of Fun Travel and Santolucito Dore Group, Inc. This event would not be possible without their support.

Thanks to the hard work of our many volunteers. The experience had by all of the participating businesses and the trick-or-treaters was enjoyable with the cheerful sound of laughter heard throughout the Towne Center.

Congratulations to the winners of the costume contests. Competition was fierce and the bar has been set pretty high for next year!

The support provided by the Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors during the planning stages and the day of the event was much appreciated.

Thanks to Dawn Rankins from The Friday Flyer for attending the event and for the accompanying article and pictures.

And last, but not least, a heartful thank you to all of the businesses participating on the Treasure Map. The Chamber appreciates your support.

It was remarked, during more than one conversation, how much candy was passed out this year. Several business owners also commented that they felt the event helped the community learn about the services they provide and where they are located.

Jeanne O’Dell, Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce President
