Canyon Lake Community Theater Group postpones board elections

The Canyon Lake Community Theater Board of Directors has postponed the board elections that were scheduled to take place Wednesday. The election has been rescheduled for Nov. 30 at 7:00 p.m. at the Eastport Building. Per the by-laws of the theater group, the board is required to make the public announcement of the postponement.

Those being considered for the board and who will be voted on at the rescheduled meeting have already submitted letters of intent to run. The deadline for those letters was Oct. 19.

Attendance is required at the Nov. 30 election meeting for those who submitted letters of intent.

The Canyon Lake Community Theater said it has been working hard in planning some exciting things for the upcoming season, including some fundraising opportunities for the community to participate in.
