Mermaids of Canyon Lake seeking names

The Mermaids of Canyon Lake Club board is seeking names of people who have or have been diagnosed now or in the past with Breast Cancer.

The Mermaids are seeking names of Canyon Lakers who have had this diagnosis. The names will go into a drawing basket and the name drawn will be given a Breast Cancer Quilt made by club member Grace Ward.

The names given to the club do not need to be a member of the club, but do need to reside in Canyon Lake.

All names need to be received by the club no later than Sept. 22 by way of email. The quilt will be presented to the winner at the club’s next meeting on Oct. 4 at the Senior Center.
