Musical Revue tomorrow at Indian Beach amphitheater

The Canyon Lake Community Theatre is performing a broadway musical revue tomorrow (Saturday) at Indian Beach’s amphitheater.

Tickets are on sale for the show and sections of chairs set up for the event will be assigned to the different ticket levels: VIP, Preferred and General.

“Musical Melodies” is the title of the show, which will include hit Broadway tunes performed by local talent. Numbers will be performed from shows such as Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor DreamCoat, Shrek, Hello Dolly, Dear Evan Hanson, Into the Woods, Annie and others.

The show begins at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at www.clctheatre.com or by calling 951-823-2165. VIP tickets are $20 each, Preferred tickets are $15 each and General Admission tickets are $10 each.

Canyon Lake Community Theatre is also running its GoFundMe campaign to raise funds to put on a full-scale production later this summer.

Being a non-profit organization, the pandemic hit the company hard and funds are quite low.

Putting on musicals requires a lot of funding, so the theatre group needs donations to make the summer production possible.
