Senior Center Holiday Boutique next weekend

It’s almost time for the annual Canyon Lake Senior Center Holiday Boutique that is set to take place next weekend, Nov. 6 and 7 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Over 40 vendors are getting ready to sell their handcrafted items.

Among the items to be sold are wooden signs, gnomes, doggy blankets, toys, decorated Christmas Trees, crocheted items and more for decorating or gift giving.

Vendors will also be selling holiday fudge, homemade jellies and jams.

The popular boutique is a Canyon Lake tradition where Christmas shopping begins and the Canyon Lake Senior Center raises a significant percentage of its funds.

This year’s boutique will be run a little differently than its boutiques of the past. This year’s boutique will require the vendors to be responsible for their setting up and the selling of their merchandise.

Vendors will rent, furnish and man their own space. The boutique will be indoors and outdoors and will consist of different size spaces.
