P.E.O. club seeking women with interrupted education

Women whose education has been interrupted and who find it necessary to return to school to support themselves and/or their families, may be eligible for scholarships.

The Canyon Lake Chapter of P.E.O, an international philanthropic and educational organization, is eager to speak with anybody in such a situation, Peggy Clark, of the club, said.

Qualified applicants would need to have at least 24 consecutive months as a non-student and have completed enough education to be within 18 consecutive months of completing their educational program. To apply for the scholarship, contact Peggy at 951-244-1107 or Linda Card at 951-244-9232.
