Chamber to host fire chief, city manager for coffee

The city is excited about its first-of-the-year debut of its new Canyon Lake Fire Department and will be answering questions at The Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce Coffee Meeting on Sept. 9.

Interim Fire Chief Jeff LaTendresse will be joined by City Manager Chris Mann at 9:00 a.m. on the patio of the Canyon Lake Country Club to discuss the implementation of the new fire department.

Also on the agenda will be a discussion on the EMS Subscription Program and the Code Inspection Program and how they will affect service to local businesses.

Chamber members and the community at large are invited to this free event, but should register on the Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce website canyonlakechamber.org.

Coffee for the event will be provided by the Canyon Lake Country Club.
