Guild grateful for community’s patience

The Canyon Lake Arts Guild has followed extremely close the ups and downs of the COVID-19 pandemic as it has scheduled, postponed, rescheduled, canceled and finally (it hopes) finalized dates for its upcoming concerts.

“We have finally confirmed our dates for CSN Express, Brooks & Dunn, and Queen Nation,” Bonnie Dubbs, the Club President, said. “We are very excited and looking forward to having our final concerts for 2021, providing that state and county restrictions remain the same. We all know that these dates can simply change again.”

Bonnie said she is grateful for the patience that the community has shown while the club navigated the pandemic and its impact on scheduling the concerts.

“We want to thank you for your continued patience, support, and understanding during these difficult times,” Bonnie said. “Please know that we’ve been working very hard and diligently on our 2021 concerts. I also would like to thank the POA for working together with us and making this year happen.”

The concerts will take place at the Canyon Lake Lodge. Those scheduled for the remainder of the year are CSN Express on Sept. 18, Brooks & Dunn on Oct. 24 and Queen Nation on Nov. 21.

Members of the club are welcome to join the pre-concert reception at the Lodge. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for the pre-concert.

There are a limited number of tickets available. They can be obtained by email at canyonlakeguild@gmail.com.
