Chamber kicks off new year with membership drive

The Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce is prepped and excited about the new year, according to Kristina Rasband, the chamber marketing/communications director, who said the revamped local business organization is looking shiny and new.

With the new year and new look, the Chamber of Commerce is launching a membership campaign aimed at both potentially new and existing members. The chamber’s new website includes information on how to join the chamber and describes the different perks each membership tier offers.

Depending on the member’s type of business, the chamber can help in unique ways, Kristina said, such as providing Business Resources, Customer Referrals, Ribbon Cutting Services, Social Shouts, Member Spotlights, etc.

For those who have been a part of the Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce in the past, the group needs those members to sign up again on the website. The Chamber of Commerce is offering a “Founding Member” $50 discount off annual dues for those who sign up before March 31.

The Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce specializes in helping local businesses thrive and keeping a bridge between the community and local business, Kristina said.
