Lighthouse Restaurant open again

The outdoor dining area is open and eagerly awaiting customers after the POA temporarily closed it when an employee there came into contact with a positive-COVID-19 person while not on the job. Tom Anegastopolis, the Lighthouse Restaurant manager, is happy to be back serving food to the Canyon Lake community. “We’re glad to be open again,” he said. “We’re an amenity. We work hard to make sure we’re accessible. Serving the folks here bring us joy.”
