Continental Way utility lane

Continental Way has been re-striped to allow for a utility lane. This new utility lane creates a buffer zone between moving vehicles, pedestrians and golf carts. Although vehicles can use the lane to make right-hand turns (when solid right-side line is dashed) and they can park against the curbs, they are not to drive in the new lane. Golf carts can use the lane when there are no cars parked in it.
