Canyon Lake families gather at Coronado

A camping group of Canyon Lakers and their friends carry on their annual tradition of spending Labor Day weekend in Coronado for the ninth year in a row. As they do every year, they climbed onto the lifeguard tower to take a photo that documents how they have grown over the years. The 11 families (Bale, Gully, Quinn, Connor, Wentzel, Martilla, Jaramillo, Heider/Lasch, Davidson and Chyrchel) camped in their RVs and trailers at Silver Strand State Beach. They enjoyed in the ocean, biking into town and playing games.
