Dale and Kellie Welty’s first granddaughter was born during the COVID-19 lockdown. Adam and Harmony McNaughton (also Canyon Lake residents) welcomed Cambria Brooke McNaughton on March 19. Even though they were restricted from holding her, they were finally able to see her (from a distance). “What a beauty she is,” Kellie said.
