Phoenix is a beautiful 6 year-old neutered Pit Bull who is looking for a home to call his own. He is super sweet and mellow, and LOVES being the center of attention. Savannah is a shy and sweet 2 year-old spayed kitty who is looking for a windowsill to perch in. Savannah typically keeps to herself, enjoying laying out in the sunshine, watching the birds fly by, and minding her own business. An ear rub or cuddle from this sweet gal is truly an honor. All dog and cat adoption fees include a microchip, basic shelter vaccines (excluding rabies) and a free veterinarian check-up. All cats/kittens, pit bulls and Chihuahua adoptions are just $5 (spay/neuter fees, if applicable, are additional).

For adoption or fostering, contact Animal Friends of the Valleys (AFV) at 951-674-0618. The shelter is located at 33751 Mission Trail in Wildomar. Hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The shelter offers animals for adoption as well as providing animal control and spay/neuter services.

Low cost vaccinations and $20 microchipping are available seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at AFV’s Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic at 29001 Bastron Ave., Lake Elsinore. Walk-ins are welcome.
