Home Decorating Contest winners announced

The Canyon Lake Home Owners Club invited residents to enter its annual Holiday Home Decorating Contest.

Club President LaRue McNamara and her trusty elves judged the streetfront decorations of the homes entered in this year’s contest.

“There were so many people who decorated but didn’t enter the contest,” said LaRue. “I would suggest people get in their cars and just drive around, the lights are spectacular and worth the time. Some categories were just beyond what we could describe.”

The winners will have a doorbell plaque mailed to them.
