CL Scouts participate in beach clean-up

Canyon Lake Scouts of Troop 2011 participated in a beach clean-up on Dec. 8 at Sunset Beach. The Scouts are working on their National Honor Patrol Award and are required to complete a “good turn.”

Cigarette butts, plastic bottle caps and driftwood were among the items cleaned up by Zane Zander, Zack Zander, Luke Thomas and Patrol Leader Matt Thomas.
