Save the date for Lions Pancake Breakfast

The Canyon Lake Lions Club annual Pancake Breakfast will be held on Sunday, Sept. 22, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Holiday Harbor Park.

The Lions Club members will be serving pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, coffee and tea for a $7 donation per person. Children under the age of five eat free with a paid adult. Bloody Marys and Mimosas will be available for purchase for $3 each.

Tickets can be purchased at the park on the day of the event, from any Lions Club member, or by calling President LaRue McNamara at 951-244-6470.

Formed Jan. 23, 1975, the Lions Club is one of the oldest clubs in Canyon Lake. Its members collect used eyeglasses to aid in the organization’s goal to help those with sight problems. The club supports the Lions Clubs International Foundation whose mission is to eradicate blindness and solve major humanitarian challenges worldwide.
