The Canyon Cowboy Saloon was named “Best Casual Restaurant” and “Best Burger” by Inland Empire Magazine, a lifestyle magazine focused on entertainment, dining and other topics related to the Inland Empire metropolitan area.

Take one bite of any one of the Canyon Cowboy’s gourmet burgers and it’s easy to see why the restaurant’s burgers were voted the best in the Inland Empire.

The restaurant offers four types of burgers. The Gunsmoke Burger is an eight-ounce Angus beef patty topped with Havarti jalapeño cheese, roasted pepper aioli, tomato, red onion, green leaf lettuce and avocado. The Saloon Burger is a melt in your mouth eight-ounce Angus beef patty topped with Swiss cheese, applewood smoked bacon, garlic aioli, sliced tomato, green leaf lettuce and fried Julianne onion. The Canyon Cowboy Burger is a charbroiled redeye blend beef patty stacked with white cheddar cheese, tomato, red leaf lettuce, roasted pepper aioli and onion jam.

The Western Bacon Burger is the newest burger to be added to the menu. It’s topped with bacon, onion rings, cheddar cheese and barbecue sauce.

The Canyon Cowboy, owned by Canyon Lakers Ken and Brandie Newman and business partner Jon Wynott, opened its doors in the Canyon Lake Towne Center on Dec. 1, 2017. The family-friendly country restaurant has a stunning view of the golf course and outdoor seating. It offers southern-style food, craft cocktails and nightly entertainment.

The menu focuses on comfort foods, shared appetizers and made from scratch signature entrees. If you’re not hungry, you can saddle up to the bar and enjoy a craft cocktail, one of 20 draft beers, moonshine or a glass of wine.

Mondays are Family Funday nights at the Canyon Cowboy. Diners can receive a free kid’s meal with the purchase of an adult entrée. Ten Buck Tuesday nights offer a burger and draft beer for just $10.  Diners who purchase a meal on Wild West Wednesday nights can receive a second entrée at half price.

In addition to nightly dinners, Happy Hour specials and brunch on Saturday and Sunday, the restaurant offers a $10 and under lunch menu Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The focal point at the Canyon Cowboy is a $100,000 stage equipped with state of the art sound system and concert style lighting. Entertainment is offered seven nights a week.
