Eleven firefighters respond to CL fire

Eleven firefighters, two engine companies, and one truck company responded on Aug. 11 at 11:30 a.m. to reports of a residential structure fire at the 22000 block of Canyon Club Dr. The first arriving engine company reported a vehicle on fire inside of a residential garage. The fire was contained to the vehicle and garage area. There were no injuries reported.

Fire Captain and Canyon Lake resident Jeff Roberts said, “It had the potential to be a very large and dangerous fire. Fire and smoke damage was contained to the attached garage.”
