CLMS Dance Team earns championship trophy

The Canyon Lake Middle School (CLMS) Dance Team earned the grand championship trophy at Sharp International on April 29. Sharp International is a high energy competitive dance level and one of the world’s largest competition circuits.

The competition, which was the team’s last competition of the school year, was held at Hemet High School. Many schools and dance team members competed in this event, which included hip hop, lyrical, contemporary and jazz to name a few.

The CLMS Dance Team Program is directed by Shannon Bagley.

“We appreciate her dedication and passion to the successful dance program at the middle school,” said Lisa Zander, mother of team member Allison.

“Congratulations to Mrs. Bagley and her talented dance team.”
