Lemon-themed cooking class to support Woman’s Club

The popular Canyon Lake Woman’s Club Cooking Class is returning Jan.13 and will offer an engaging and educational class focused on the art of cooking with lemons. The 11:00 a.m. class promises an immersive culinary experience under the guidance of Rose Marie Hand and her co-host.

Participants will embark on a journey through lemon-inspired cuisine, starting with a zesty appetizer and moving on to a main course bursting with vibrant flavors. A refreshing lemon beverage will accompany the meal, perfectly complementing the dishes.

The class will also include an enlightening lecture on the versatility and culinary uses of lemons, culminating in a dessert that showcases the essence of this citrus fruit.

Priced at $45 per participant, the proceeds from the event will directly benefit the Canyon Lake Woman’s Club.
